How long is your Returns Period?
Any product must be returned within 45 days from when your LowLife Customs™ purchase is delivered (if the order was placed online) or was purchased (if you bought at a dealer or one of our events).
What items can I return?
We get it - sometimes something just doesn't work out, and you want to return the item. As long as the item(s) are still in their original condition, you can return these within 45 days. To receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received them. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.
You will be responsible for restocking fees. This total will be deducted from your total refund upon receipt of your item(s). There will be a restocking fee per order you return.
What is the restocking fee?
All returns will be subject to a restocking fee.
If you choose to mail your return items back a $5 dollar per item with a maximum of $10 total restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund.
Can I get a refund on the shipping from my order?
No. We do not currently offer refunds for any shipping costs from your original order.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, to process a size exchange for the same item (if available) through our Return Form, your return must be within 45 days of receipt of original order.
Received a faulty or incorrect item?
Please use our Return Form to process this return.
*IF YOU RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM (PRIOR TO WASHING), YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A REPLACEMENT WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY. ANY COMMUNICATION RECEIVED AFTER THE 30-DAY WINDOW WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
What if I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it for the right size?
We recommend placing an order for the correct size and setting up a Return for the original order through our Return Form. This way your correct size is on the way to you.
When will I get my refund?
To receive a refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received them. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return. Your refund will be processed upon inspection and receipt of the returned items.

How will I receive my refund?
We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
Refunds will be actioned as soon as possible from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse. Please note it can take up to an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed. **If you used a major credit card gift card, make sure you still have that card.
Can I combine multiple returns into one return?
If using a Return Form in the US, you can return multiple items/orders at the same time. Please keep in mind that there will be a restocking fee deducted from your refund per order.
Only the item(s) associated with the approved Returns will be accepted, any additional items included in the return will not be honored.
