Return and Refund Policy

Returns on a recent orders can be processed by clicking on Return Form and filling out the information. 

A Return can be initiated for any item that was purchased within the last 45 days. LowLife Customs™ can exchange or refund items that are unworn, unwashed, and in like-new condition (at LowLife's Customs™) within 45 days of receiving your order.

Please note that returns will incur a restocking fee, and original shipping costs are nonrefundable.

For defective items, a replacement can be issued within 30 days of receipt. Please use our Return Form to start the process.

What you will need is your Order Number and Proof of Purchase (receipt).
